Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy contains information about cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies that FXSSI ("we," "us," or "our") uses on its Website. This Statement explains how and why we use cookies on our Website and your ability to control their use. This Cookie Policy is a part of our Privacy Policy.

By using our Website, Services, and Online Tools, you consent to the placement and use of cookies and similar technologies on your device. Though you can change your cookie preferences at any time, as explained in the “How to disable cookies or change your cookie preferences” section below.

This Cookie Statement does not govern third-party practices. To learn more about how a third party uses cookies, visit the third party’s website.

What is a cookie?

Cookies are pieces of information sent (if you allow it) from a web server to your browser by a website you visit. They are small text files with unique identification tags deposited on the device browser’s cache to capture and store certain information.

The data collected through cookies may include information about the IP (Internet Protocol) address of your device, browser type, language, operating system, state or country from which you have accessed the website, date and the time of your visit(s), the number of links you click on this website, the features you use, the searches you request, the data you have saved while on this website, etc. This information can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

There are a few types of cookies:

Essential and non-essential cookies:

  • The "essential" cookies are strictly necessary to enable the services the website offers. Without them, the website may not work properly or will not be able to provide certain services that you may need.
  • The "non-essential" cookies help websites understand how their services are being used (i.e., analytics) and deliver relevant advertisements. Some of these cookies may track you across multiple websites (including ones not operated by us).

First and third party cookies:

  • The first-party cookies are set on your device by a website that is being visited by you at the time.
  • The third-party cookies are set by a different domain, such as analytics providers and advertisers partnering with the website you are visiting.

Session and persistent cookies:

  • The session cookies are stored on your browser for as long as the browser session lasts. They expire and are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
  • The persistent cookies remain long after your browser is closed until they expire or you delete them from your browser. Expiration dates are set in the cookies themselves and may vary, depending on the purpose of the cookie.

For more information about cookies (including how to see and manage them), please, visit All About Cookies or AboutCookies.org websites.

When you click on a Google Adsense link Google will track your behavior across the web using cookies and may use this information to tailor future advertising to reflect your interests.

Google AdSense uses what is called a DoubleClick Cookie. It is a cookie that is placed on your device when you click on an ad on our Website or other websites on the internet, which use Google Advertisement services. DoubleClick cookie is used to serve more relevant ads across the web and limit the number of times that a given ad is shown to you.

User data is processed pseudonymously within the Google advertising network. This means that Google does not store and process, for example, the names or e-mail addresses of users, but processes the relevant data cookie-related within pseudonymous user profiles. This means from Google's point of view, the ads are not managed and displayed for a specifically identified person, but for the cookie holder, regardless of who this could be.

How does our Website handle Do Not Track signals?

Most browsers have the functionality to request third-party websites, not to track the user's activities. FXSSI does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals when the (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. The third-party service providers we use for our website to function properly (e.g., social network features,  Google Analytics, etc.) may set cookies on your browser, track and collect information about your online activities, notwithstanding any "Do Not Track" signals we may receive.

What will happen if I disable all FXSSI cookies?

Please note that blocking all cookies on our Website, especially the strictly necessary ones,  will have a negative impact upon the usability of our Website. You will still be able to visit our Website, but some of our Services and Products, as well as some sections of our Website may not work properly and your ability to use some features may be limited.

Web beacons and other tracking technologies

Web beacons, also called tracking pixels or pixel tags, are pieces of code with unique identifiers embedded on our Website or in our marketing emails.

Along with other tracking technologies we may but not necessarily use (clear gifs, web bugs, tags, local storage, and scripts), web beacons allow us to track engagement, usage patterns, user movements between pages and websites, count users who have visited a particular page, track advertising impressions and clicks (ad reactions), understand usage and advertising campaign effectiveness. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by our service/analytics providers on an individual and aggregated basis. This helps us with the development, testing, and improvement of our services.

These tracking technologies can only collect limited information, including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the respective technology resides. They do not carry any personal data.

You cannot opt-out of web beacons or other tracking technologies used on webpages, but you can limit their use by opting out of the cookies they interact with.

Marketing emails. We may also include web beacons or similar technology in our marketing emails. They let us know if you received or opened the email and whether you clicked on any of the links in the email. You can opt out of marketing emails that may use web beacons or similar tracking technologies by clicking on the opt-out link contained within the email or by setting your email client to render emails in text mode only.

Our desktop products. Our free MT4 indicators do not use any tracking technologies and so do not collect any data about you or your device.

Our Pro MT4 indicators may use some tracking technologies and collect some data about your device, such as MAC address, IP address, CPU info, RAM, Disk and some other device characteristics. We collect this data to connect your FXSSI account with your terminal and to provide you with our Products according to your subscription plan. We do not get access to your trading account through the tracking technologies we are using.

These tracking technologies are essential and cannot be disabled. You can opt out of these tracking technologies by deleting our products from your Terminal.
